+Congress Ok since the Congress wants to value the people on productivity and performance,Then we as the people who pay the Congress wages and the Administration then we as the people of the U.S.Has to petition our Government to value the Congress and Administration on their performance and productivity, when all the big biz big farms and bib Pharmacies gets subsidised then I feel the people should be subsidised without compromise we the people by the people for the people.
